We understand that life can bring unexpected changes and challenges. To accommodate this, we offer a fully refundable deposit policy. All deposits are refundable until the puppies are born, giving you the flexibility to change your mind without financial stress during this time.

Deposit Amount: $500

Refund Eligibility:

• Pre-Birth Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your reservation before the puppies are born, your full $500 deposit is refundable, minus Stripe processing fees (3%) which are non-refundable and beyond our control.

• Gender Preference: If a puppy of your preferred gender is not available in the litter, your deposit can be transferred to the next available litter or a future litter of your choice. This deposit remains refundable (minus Stripe fees) until the birth of the next agreed-upon litter.

• Delaying to a Future Litter: If you choose to delay your reservation to a future litter after the originally agreed-upon litter is born, you may transfer your deposit one time only to another litter of your choice.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

• Post-Birth Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation after the puppies from the originally assigned litter are born, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Multiple Delays: If you delay your reservation a second time and choose not to take home a puppy from that second litter, the deposit and your place on the waitlist will be forfeited.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Deposit Refund Policy.

These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in the reservation process for all parties involved.
